This Privacy Policy explains how Politimate LLC ("Politimate," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our websites and the Canvass by Politimate services (the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to the practices described here.

We collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, organization, and account credentials when you sign up. If you purchase a paid plan, our payment processor collects your payment details on our behalf. We also collect data you upload to run your campaign, including volunteer and voter contact information ("Campaign Data").
We automatically collect certain technical information when you use the Services, such as your IP address, device and browser type, and usage activity, through cookies and similar technologies.
2. How we use information
We use the information we collect to provide, maintain, and improve the Services; to process payments; to communicate with you about your account, updates, and support; to keep the Services secure; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Payment processing
We use Stripe to process payments. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers. Stripe's handling of your information is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers who help us operate the Services (such as hosting and payment processors) under confidentiality obligations, when required by law or legal process, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition. Campaign Data is shared only as directed by you and the members of your account.
5. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services, and thereafter as required to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your data as described below.
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures, including encryption and access controls, to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your rights and choices

8. Children's privacy
