Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for paid subscriptions to Canvass by Politimate, provided by Politimate LLC.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans are subscriptions billed in advance on a recurring basis (for example, monthly) through our payment processor, Stripe. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel.

2. Cancellations

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@politimate.com. When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged again after that. We do not provide partial refunds for the unused portion of a billing period, except as described below.

3. Refunds

Payments are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied with Canvass by Politimate. If you are charged in error, experience a billing mistake, or contact us within 14 days of your first payment on a new subscription and are not satisfied, we will review your request and may issue a refund at our discretion.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email info@politimate.com from the address associated with your account, and include your account details and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe and may take several business days to appear.

5. Free plan

Our Starter plan is free and requires no payment, so no refunds apply.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date above.
